  This is the only full service jewellery store on the North Shore. The repairs are good, and are often done while you wait, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are pleasant, with the exception of one that’s pure poison. She is pushy, nasty, and highhanded, with a grating voice and ghastly manners. She pushes her way into everybody else’s business and interferes. The last time I ventured into the store she was wearing a dust mask and walking around with a feather duster. This is one freaky female that is hated by customers and other staff members alike. She is the reason for the high staff turnover, and loss of business. I won’t go in if I see she’s there -- I avoid her like the plague -- and lately I’ve been taking my business elsewhere. What’s puzzling is that although the owner knows about her antics, and has received numerous complaints about her, she has not been fired. If it wasn't for her I'd give this business 5 stars.
