- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-03-21, by D EwingDishonest, unhelpful and should have their agreement with Rogers revoked. After considerable research my wife (pregnant and about to give birth) went to this store to purchase a phone with the intent of continuing her current Rogers plan. The salesperson and store manager stated they would not sell her a phone and tried to convince her to upgrade her phone package, an increase of $25/mos with an inferior data plan. 30 minutes wasted trying to use logic and refer back to Roger's own website. Perhaps a gender issue, certainly questionable ethics. Bye bye Rogers!
