  Jennifer is kind and genuine, patient and wonderfully educated in her profession. My grandmother and I learned so much from Jennifer about hearing and hearing loss - she has a calm and easy-to-understand way of explaining things, which is so comforting! My grandmother was fitted with new hearing aides - which were much needed, but hadn't been sourced out as getting her out and about is too difficult (what a brilliant service that she comes to you!) - and, now, I can have quiet chats with my wise and sweet almost 98-year-old grandmother! Thank you, Jennifer!
